Trish Parker – Hartwell Place Outreach Coordinator
Trish observed how caregivers helped her mother, who lived with Alzheimer’s disease, live her final years with dignity and grace. Inspired, Trish started her own home care business before moving to Chicago and joining the CMSS team. As Outreach Coordinator, she enjoys helping older adults and their families find and obtain the care they need.
